At the beginning of January 2023 there will be an addition to the top management of WISI Communications.

WISI Communications expands its leadership team with the appointment of Claus Beck as Chief Technical Officer (CTO). He will lead all hard- and software development areas along with IT. This includes WISI’s global HFC/DAA business for cable operators (including the German BK market) as well as the expansion of the PON based FTTx business.

Claus Beck has a long career in the telecommunications industry and has extensive experience, having previously worked as CTO at 1&1 Versatel in Germany and in other senior technical positions at UPC Switzerland and Kabel Deutschland.

He is therefore familiar with the latest technologies in the areas of mobile communications, telecommunications and cable networks. His detailed operator’s perspective is a key element for future growth at WISI
